If you are having a problem that requires you to pull out slightly on the 3.5mm plug in order to get video to play from your iPod or iPhone, you may have a defective JLINKUSB cable.

We just received a tech bulletin that calls out a manufacturing defect on some of these cables, and there's a very easy way to identify the problem:

Contact your dealer if you have this issue, and they can swap your cable for a good one. Depending on stock levels, replacement with good parts may take up to two weeks...

Hi Walt, I've had this problem from day one. Took me a while to figure out I had to pull it out a bit. You mention to contact your dealer. I bought my OGM1 through you, how do I go about getting the right cable? Thanks.

If you send me back the cable, I will send you a new one when they arrive.
